  Jannie (pronounced Janie) Hayes has received so many awards for her work as an advocate for adoption and fostering that she can't keep track of them all!  Her non-profit, Coalition of Adoption Programs, helps recruit people to be foster or  adoptive parents.  It also serves as a resource for the parents.  Anything they might need connected with their kids, she can help.  She herself has one biological child and two adopted children.  Her daughters are both special needs children. November 7th is the 12th Annual Jannie P. Hayes Awards Benefit Gala.  Only in the past couple of years has it gone by that name.  The board of directors chose to rebrand it and gave her as the brand!
