Born in Montreal, Bill McConnell inherited his musical talent from his grandparents. He started out playing school dances and winning contests throughout Southern Ontario. Later he travelled North America - cruising the Atlantic & Pacific Oceans - entertaining audiences and perfecting his singer/songwriter skills. His new CD "The Steelhorse Gypsies" features the radio single "We're All About That" as well as 5 songs co-written by Bill with hit Nashville songwriter Mark Petersen (hits for Sammy Kershaw and Tim McGraw).
