Steve Goas: Hi everyone, Steve Goas here. I am with the sales enablement strategy group here at TD Ameritrade in the institutional business. I’ve been in the job around three years and I’m hoping that this is a treat for your listeners because unlike most of the folks that I’ve met in enablement along the way, we do not do L&D.
