They are bassist James “Jimi Bills” Jones, guitarist Tracey “Spacey T” Singleton, and trumpeter and vocalist John “JS” Williams. Since the early 1980s Fishbone – which hails from my hometown of Los Angeles – has been thrilling and challenging audiences with its unique musical blend of rock, ska, reggae, soul and funk punctuated by strong vocals and socially conscious lyrics.  The fantastic news is the band is back with its first new studio album in more than 20 years – the excellent Stockholm Syndrome – and out on tour doing shows.
