Having grown up in and around the Parliament-Funkadelic camp, Seth Neblett is a photographer and manager who has worked with artists that include Miki Howard, Maxi B of the Mary Jane Girls, Sheila E, Apollonia and Chaka Khan.  For the past several years he has been working on the definitive book covering P-Funk’s unsung female singers, called Mothership Connected: The Story of the Women of Parliament-Funkadelic.
