This Amendment is an important step toward securing drill permits for our Fierrazo target, which we are advancing. Engaging with local communities and stakeholders has been a top priority for the Sombrero Project since its inception and will remain so moving forward, together with the commitment to a safe working environment and job creation. We believe that Sombrero has the potential to become a premier copper exploration district, given the scale of the numerous targets we are identifying and geological data being collected.
