I am not a big fan of owning direct real estate and all the hassle that goes with that. But real estate can be a great addition to your portfolio. Most of the private real estate funds require an initial investment of $250K+. That is not feasible for most physicians, not to mention people typically want to dip their foot into real estate funds with a smaller amount of money. The big value of access funds is they provide you an opportunity to invest in private real estate by providing access at
