The Power of Being Grateful Gratitude is a major key player to your path to Happiness. In the past, I will admit that I was not always grateful.   Living in the 'Negative Mind' meant that I often only complained about all the things that I felt were wrong in my life.   I had this huge belief that the Universe was often against me and continually "bad" things used to happen to me. Since my 'breakdown' almost 10 years ago, and as I started my journey to self-discovery, growth and development, things started to change for the good.   I was shocked to realise how negative I really was and how ungrateful I was, even for all the good things which certainly were happening on my life journey.   Wow - that was an eye-opener! Now I practice daily GRATITUDE.   I spend about 5-10 mins every day thinking and writing out about all the goods things during my day.   Writing a GRATITUDE JOURNAL has proven to be extremely useful.   Not only do you focus on the good aspects of your day, and t
