One question I had for you - should single millennials seriously consider buying a home?  I am 30 years old, active duty, and single. I want to buy a home as primary residence (have been renting last 2 years) and possibly start an airbnb but am fearful that i would have to sell more quickly than I'd like if i got stationed somewhere else/moved to another city/get married.
