A few days before a quarterly review session with a client I contemplate the right approach to take for the meeting.  Tone and focus matter and they change from client to client. Reading a client correctly for a first meeting really make a relationship and a successful meeting.  People buy into their own ideas.  It's my role to help clients get out of their own way and to realize what they need to do. Smart business owners know the right things to do to grow their businesses.
