Thanks for tuning in everyone! This is our very first episode where we discussed what it means to change the traditional retail in fashion with our guest Rich Cofinco. Rich is the creator and former shoe designer at Creative Recreation. He is currently the founder and designer of ASIF clothing. We first talked about the influence of hip-hop culture which inspired his creativity. We also talked about the early stages of his career in Vans, the downfall of his first business which created Creative Recreation and his current brand, As Seen In The Future aka ASIF clothing. We discussed how to stay afloat in today's retail bankruptcies, the idea of over-consuming and the new mindset of a buyer and seller. Also, we talked about the meaning of a "Pop-Up" shop which Manny and Rich are curating on April 12.
