“I’m busy.” It’s an expression that gets thrown around every day and we use it a lot as an excuse. Mostly to avoid the things that are beneficial for us: like exercise. In this episode of The Whole Circle Podcast, we give you five great suggestions to get you motivated to becoming more active, even when you’re busy.
