Ep181 - Risha Chesterfield Intv, NBA All Decade List, Willie Lynch Myth   Artist Consultant Risha Chesterfield who specializes in Branding, Marketing, and Management, called in to discuss her business and how she helps artist grow.  She started her career graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, which led to an intern position with RMG.  Risha then shared her journey transitioning into an independent business owner where she helps to develop artists, and uses her newly launched podcast to share insights about the industry.     The infamous Willie Lynch Speech has been dispelled.  Legend has  it that Willie wrote this speech in order to teach slave owners how to keep their slaves in check by using social cues like, skin color, age, etc.     NBA2K released their all decade teams.  This list included teams from the 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s and 2010’s.  This lead to a heated discussion between Rise Up hosts about who should be included on this list.       Playlist by @DjLostNFound   Jodie Jermaine - Clap Bac
