Man Bun Run

In this episode Lucy and I chat about her amazing debut 100 Mile race at Western States as well as what got her into ultra running.  Lucy is 22 and completed her first ultra when she was 15.  Her story of how she was able to get into that race at such a young age is truly inspiring and entertaining.  Lucy will be a joy to follow for years to come.  Enjoy the episode!
