Post Project Depression is something creatives have to live with. Why does it happen and what can we do about it. I just came off of two major projects and am right in the middle of PPD. Let's talk this through and find out how to make this less of a issue. It isn't going anywhere, we need to find the strategies to help us cope and move on.
