(Bloomberg) -- Enrique Armijo, a professor at Elon University Law School, discusses why the Justice Department has decided to support a claim by a student at Pierce College in Los Angeles, who says that his First Amendment rights were violated when he was made to stand in a "free-speech zone" while handing out spanish language copies of the U.S. constitution.
