Some of us seem to have a natural ability to be confident and to go after what we want in life even when we aren't 100% sure what that is. Meet Thomas Reck he is the founder of Insight, a personal branding agency based in Berlin. I met Thomas last year in NYC and after spending a few days together walking the city and taking photos I realized that this cheeky and confident 18yo had something special. Thomas is a talented entrepreneur and born leader.
