Pastel Cupcakes was launched in 2012 by Monique who is a self taught New York City based Pastry Artist.  Devoting more time to her baking company showed Monique that she could provide for her family in a way she never imagined. Monique took her in-home baking business from generating $1500 a month to more than triple that in less than a year. Her goals now are to continue to grow Pastel Cupcakes, expand into a storefront and to teach passionate bakers how to turn their passion into a steady paycheck.
