Introducing Nikimarie

Kai Bowen is a 35-year-old, NYPD Sergeant. He has worked with the New York Police Department for close to 12 years and is on his way to becoming a Lieutenant. Kai was born in Brooklyn, New York and has an 8-year-old daughter who is the light of his life. During his time on and off duty, he participates in various community events to encourage and inspire youth groups and non-profit organizations. Sergeant Kai loves to read and made a great book suggestion during our Leadership in Readership Hour. The book is called, “Lies My Teacher Told Me” written by James W. Loewen. His other hobbies and interests include fitness, football, and traveling.
