This is a collection of songs and song doodles recorded in my very first post-college apartment in Virginia Beach. I'd moved up there after my father died, and rented a roach infested, graffiti covered, two bedroom apartment with my friend Matt deep in the heart of the ghetto (on a street ironically called Park Avenue).
