Many of us have made friends with our wounds and hurts. We even feel justified in nursing them. People had no right to hurt us or offend us as they did. Some of these wounds are repetitive - same energy, different outfit. What if we could release that heavy energy and choose to step into creating a world that moved us out of the victim space?
