How I started having “mystical” experiences everytime I sleep: So to understand what I’m about to explain you first have to understand the mechanism of meditation. When you meditate you quiet your mind and release your negative thoughts. And after about 5-15 minutes you start to feel lighter, you feel your vibration rise, you start feeling your inner being communicating with you vividly. Your inner world lights up. I use to not enjoy the process of following asleep because when I lay down and close my eyes I had to confront all my busy thoughts. It wasn’t super unpleasant but it wasn’t my favorite thing in the world. One day I realized that the sleeping process is ALOT like the meditation process. I noticed that if I continued to relax my mind while I sleep and let the negative thoughts flow past, in 10-15 minutes those busy thoughts start to subside.
