Dear All, It's been a while since I got in touch with a new class for you. Summer activities took me out of podcastland but I'm back again with new inspiration and looking forward to offering more recordings of classes over the next weeks.  This practice is a special one-off episode for chasing away Autumn illness. Many of us have already succumbed to the sniffles as the temperature has dropped and our bodies are busy readjusting. The practice includes breathwork, shoulder releases, backbends, twists and slow flow postures especially chosen to help to clear congestion, build the immune system and create space through the chest.  If you are in the throes of a bad cold and your energy is very low, then please close this and choose a restorative practice, a yoga nidra or a meditation instead. This class is reasonably dynamic and will shift a lot of energy in the body, so it's fine for prevention, onset and end of illness.  Have some tissues handy for the breathing practices!
