Deborah has an international business that specializes in international education. She is an expert networker and is very involved in her community and in several charities. One of the thoughts that motivates her to stay healthy is she wants "to live a long time and I want to be healthy while I’m alive.” To stay healthy “I’m always active and I love getting out and walking on the beach. My minimum is 5000 steps per day.” She also practices intermittent fasting and a new morning routine that helps start her workday in a healthy way. Deborah practices affirmations and says, “To change the really depressed state that I was in I had to be really consistent with affirmations.” When I asked her for some health advice she said "Go beans!
