A celebration of all things musical and francophone coming out of Penetang and Lafontaine with an emphasis on the role of Neil Lefaive throughout. The proceedings kick off in official fashion with the franco-ontarian anthem (albeit the dubstep version!) and a sampling of tracks from Penetanguishene Secondary School's concert band album circa 1975 before diving headlong into Monsieur Lefaive's production and mentoring work with Brouhaha and Brasse Camarade. We check in with École Secondaire LeCaron's woodshop teacher André Forget, area music teacher Michel Paiement and local artists Antoine Devillers, À Qui De Droit, Georgian Bay and Damien Robitaille. After hearing so much of his production (and solo sax skills in the PSS Concert Band) you'll get to hear a track from the man of the hour himself, Neil Lefaive, with a cut from his ongoing (since 1992!) project Fiddes-Lefaive.
