Summary: We kick off Semester 8 with the introduction of our new recipient of our charity Swear Jar, catch up with each other, reveal a long over do cocktail du jour, and discuss guilty pleasure TV shows. In the Studio: Dan Ken Critter Jessica Cocktail du Jour: Margarita - 3/4 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (or go the lazy route and use sour mix) - 1 oz. Cointreau, Triple Sec, or any other Orange Liqueur - 1 1/2 oz. Tequila Add the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a salt-rimmed (optional) cocktail glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lime. Drink a lot of these, they are pretty damn great.
