Mike was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona, and has always had a passion for entrepreneurship. He is a huge Arizona sports fan and wanted to develop a brand that was positive and uplifting, and represented the Great State 48! He and two friends, Nick and Stephen launched the brand together, and with a passion for clothing, sports and Arizona they created a buzzworthy success. Early on Mike explains that it was their drive and hustle that put them on the map. Phoenix Fashion Week is where they had their first big break and it really took off from there. They opened up their first storefront in 2016 in Chandler. State 48 has filled a space that was lacking in Arizona apparel, and they are excited for what the future holds for their brand.
