It’s #hatday which allows me to ask the question, are you wearing every single hat in your business? Should you be wearing every single hat in your business was, or worse still, have you given someone a job they’re not suited too......like social media. So many businesses hand out social media jobs to young team members assuming because they’re on social media they must know how to use it, but that’s not always the case. Getting the right people to help in that situation is imperative, be it training or simply taking on the work so they can concentrate on what they’re good at. Don’t make assumptions just because someone’s young they’re a social media expert.
