This Journey Called Life

My guest today is a longtime friend of mine named Lauren.  In an effort to not create additional drama with her family, I am not sharing her last name.  Lauren and I have known each other for several years. After starting her own family, Lauren began to notice her mother's narcissistic behavior and tendency to create unnecessary drama in the family.  Lauren made the very difficult decision to no longer have a relationship with her mother.  By not having a relationship with her mother, she is not able to have a relationship with her father or sister either.  In this interview, we discuss Lauren's difficult decision and what her life is like now.  Thanks for listening!
