Let me start by saying i believe people can change. What i'm curious about is how this change operates in our lives. That said, my next guest is an exemple of will power and discipline. She worked as a child care worker with very difficult cases and during covid she started to train…and train she did. You will hear  a very confident women but that doesnt mean that this confidence is not sometimes shaken.  Finally, when you’ll hear about her transformation i hope that it will encourage you to get off your butt and move more!!!
