How To Get Away With Parenting

My husband and I have a zero screen time policy for our daughter. This decision was based on a lot of compelling evidence about the negative affects TV and videos can have on early childhood brain development. But, when baby goes to bed...we are all about screen time for Mommy and Daddy! Are we total hypocrites? Is this going to bite us in the butt later?
