Stacy Tuschl is a speaker, business coach, and the owner of The Academy of Performing Arts in Wisconsin. It works really well for me. (minute 0:00) Here’s how I set up my calendar. Step #1: I review for the coming week. Do all of the tasks in my calendar need to be where they are on my calendar?
