Michele is the author of a new book entitled, Different After You, Rediscovering Yourself and Healing after Grief and Trauma. Michele is a widow. And through her experience of losing a spouse she learned things about herself that she didn’t know. This personal trauma led her to write this book and become a motivational speaker on behalf of others who have lost a spouse or a partner. She also developed a non-profit called Soaring Spirits International that provides research-based programs and a community of peers for those that have lost a spouse or partner. Michele speaks to groups of all types about grief, hope and the healing impact of love.
