Hello, beautiful people! I had a baby! During a pandemic! After about 8 weeks away from the show, I now have a 6 week old tiny human. During my pregnancy and birth, I've been sharing my journey on Instagram @growingwomanpod and I've been hearing from so may women about their experiences as well. I decided that in between new interviews, I'll be sharing my experience with pregnancy, birth, and having a newborn baby. I was pregnant and gave birth during COVID and that's also had a huge impact on my life.
