Host Kathy Kenzora began her career as a journalist in Toronto. She worked as a reporter with Q107 and Global News 640 Toronto for five years in the 90s before leaving radio to pursue a career in communications and media relations, and now has a podcast called History of the 90's On the first episode, Kathy discusses the tabloid media’s feeding frenzy re: the Long Island Lolita. This type of down and dirty pseudo-journalism was extremely common in the 90 - just think Lorena Bobbitt, Tanya Harding, Heidi Fleiss, Hugh Grant, George Michael and Peewee Herman. The Amy Fisher story was no exception.
