It's a cold one today in the Greater Toronto Area but as cold as it is, it's not -15°C. Why does that matter? It matters becasue for a Cold Weather Alert to be issued for Toronto, temperatures need to drop to -15°C, and it's only -12°C today. Therefore Ryan Parker has a major bone to pick with meterologists and weather specialists who issued a Cold Weather Alert today. We have rules becasue we're not animals! If we break this rule, what's next? Is it now okay to driver 170km/h on HWY 401? The next thing you know, it' Lord of the Flies around here...  This is a gateway rule break and Ryan is not having it!
