After a recent experience of losing my voice and not having any content batched, I’ve decided that it is a company value to have one month of content batched at all times. No matter what time of the year. Why? Because while not posting on Instagram for a day or two or posting a podcast not at the regularly scheduled time isn’t the end of the world, it stressed me out because of how out of control I felt. I was a victim to my own circumstances that I created. It was all self-inflicted! And if I’m to grow my business, being totally stressed out doesn’t get me there. So this week’s results-based action item is helping me to have more peace of mind.
