Over the past 15 years, Alia has acquired 13 self-storage properties, a 125-lot mobile home park, single family rental units and managed over $30M in lending transactions. Prior to investing, Alia served as a director for philanthropy programs that have raised over $1 Billion online. Alia is passionate about financial literacy programs and helping educate other investors. Alia holds a degree in Communications from Chapman and Project Management Certification from Stanford University.
