On this podcast episode I interview Fernando Angelucci, the Senior Managing Partner of Titan Wealth Group, about investing in self storage. Fernando has a very interesting background. He first read Rich Dad Poor Dad when he was only 16 years old and started his first real estate investing business (wholesaling) when he was just 19 years old. After graduating college with an Ag-Bio Engineering degree in 2013 he started working for a Fortune 500 Company. Fernando continued investing in single family rental properties, and by the age of 23, he was able to quit his job and focus full time on investing in real estate. At the age of 24, Fernando began investing in value add self storage facilities. He focused on buying facilities at a massive discount to market value where the facility could be purchased for very little money down (and in some cases no money down).
