  • Make Goals Happen- "Cart Before The Horse Theory" Pt.1

    1 time Journal Assinment plus+ 5 mins a day. Manifest your goals with these steps. Step 1- GET CLEAR!- What is your goal? A car? New Job? Travel? Step 2- LIST THE ATTRIBUTES'- At the top of the page, write the goal. Step 3- List the ways YOU ALREADY HAVE THEM- Example: Top of the page "NEW CAR". Then fold the paper in half. On the left, list the attributes this car will give you (Freedom, Success, Happiness ETC). In the right column, list the ways you already them. Ex: Freedom: My freedom to make healthy decisions, to take walks outside, to take the bus Ex: Success: I've succeeded in being a great friend, playing an instrument, overcoming addiction, deciding to go to work today. Step 4: GRATITUDE: Bless and release. Feel gratitude for what you already have and source will give you more of what you desire.     1 time 20 minute Journaling assignment. We can not drive a vehicle forward by looking in the rearview mirror. Step 1: Get clear: Write down the event in great detail. Tell siri to set timer for 5 mins. Tare out a blank sheet of paper and title it. "I am angry, fearful or feeling regret for the following..." Freely write all the emotions associated with this experience in as many details as possible and when the timer is up, write a closing statement. "I now choose to release this energy. I choose to allow the divine/source to keep me safe and well. And so it is...." By doing this, you are physically removing these energies from your body. Also, notice any labels like (sad, angry, upset etc) as we will be going over these in later talks.     Going with the flow makes us lazy. BE The Flow. We are so concerned with who is in office, but I challenge us to ask ourselves, "Who is in MY office?". To create the change we desire to see in this world we have to take ownership of what has lead us to this current day. Craving change and/or averting the truth will not compel us to become leaders of our lives. First way to be the flow is to "BE". Be present and aware of our thoughts, and actions. If you are feeling down, stuck, ummotivated or frusterated, immediately, directly and effectively change your state with affirmations. When we use our mind, body and soul to direct our thoughts, we CREATE ENERGY. Say the words and the universe will follow. Get out of your comfort zone and get in the drivers seat. So many of my clients tell me daily how these affirmations have changed their lives. Do them in the mirror, on the road, in the shower etc. This is a fun tool to put in your box. Start with 3-5 mins a day, 5 days a week and notice any changes. How to know you are doing this correctly?: Say it until you feel it in your heartspace.
