Since then, she’s completed multiple marathons and is actively pursuing the Abbott World Marathon Majors, with Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York City all on the list.This episode is a powerful reminder of what long-term coaching, smart strength training, and resilience can do — at any stage of life.
