This drill goes for ten rounds, and the only equipment required is a simple tennis ball and another person. Say something, and then bounce the ball to the other person. They have to say something, then bounce the ball back to you. It goes back and forth like this. The idea is that you'll run out of small talk fluff and start to talk about something real.
