This episode is the audio track from a video I released a couple of years ago that demonstrates a solo self love ritual based on tantric principles and practices. In the video I explain and show how to treat yourself the way you’d want to be treated by a lover, or how you’d want to treat a lover. Giving yourself adequate time, care, nurturing, whole body touch and massage, sacred set and setting, and more. The emphasis is on the practice of sexual energetic cultivation and directing orgasmic energy up to and through each of the seven major chakras. The intention is to activate, energize, and “tune-up” the chakras with the application of loving attention and orgasmic energy.
