What would you pursue if you knew you could not fail? Does fear keep holding you back? Your life can be transformed if you will address this crippling emotion. 2 Timothy 1.7: For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Guilt is something you feel over something you did. Shame is something you feel over who you are. If you do not know the difference, satan will always be able to demoralize you. God wants you to have a righteousness conscience rather than a sin conscious so that you can fulfill His Calling on your life. 2 Corinthians 7.10: Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.

The cry in the heart of every person is what is my purpose? Few things can be as tormenting as watching the time pass and not feeling like you are doing what you were sent to earth to do. Jeremiah 29.11-12: For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.

When God told Adam & Eve to be fruitful and multiply, He meant what He said. If you find yourself having difficulty conceiving children, KNOW your Heavenly Father's willing heart for you to be fruitful and multiply. Exodus 23.26: There shall be no one miscarrying or barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.

Few things in life sting like betrayal. When you have invested in a person and they violate your trust it can leave you reeling. Nobody understands betrayal like our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and he wants you to know that he can help you navigate through this traumatic experience. Luke 23.34: Then Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.

The emotion of anger is neither good nor bad. It’s perfectly healthy and normal to feel angry when you’ve been mistreated or wronged. The problem is being angry with the person when we should be angry at the deception that caused them to act the way they did. Ephesians 4:31: Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.

The word condemn means to declare unfit for use. God wants you to know that no matter what you have done in your life . He still has a plan for your life. He never gives up on you! Romans 8.1: There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

Marriage. It can be a hard reality for some: difficult, disappointing, and painful. Often times one spouse is unwilling to change, or the change is occurring slowly. You don't have to spend the rest of your marriage trying to save the marriage. God's heart is to see your marriage reflect that of His Son Jesus and His bride, the Church. Let Him help you today! 1 Corinthians 7.14-16: For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through her believing husband; for otherwise your children are unclean, but now they are holy. Yet if the unbelieving one leaves, let him leave; the brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us to peace. For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife?

Few things draw as much spiritual warfare in the life of a believer as attacks on their finances. God desires for us to be distribution centers to help meet the needs of mankind. If we trust more in what our money can do for us than what Father God can do for us and through us, the enemy will have a heyday attacking our finances or the lack thereof. 3 John 2: Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

One unchecked emotion is enough to abort what God is doing in your life. The negative emotion that you fail to conquer will incubate until you wake up one day and realize that your whole life is consumed by it. God has a better plan for you. Philippians 4.8: Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy — meditate on these things.

Porn is unlike any other sin. The Bible is clear that every other sin is outside the body but when you engage in porn the Bible says you are actually sinning against your own body. Today can be the first day on your road to sexual integrity. 1 Corinthians 6.18: Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

Stubbornness is the inability to have a teachable spirit. In the Old Testament we see a man called Pharaoh who had to be plagued ten times before he allowed the Children of Israel to leave Egypt. Here is a question for you. How many times do you have to be “plagued” by satan before you become willing to do things God’s way? 1 Samuel 15.22: Samuel said, “Has the Lord as much delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices As in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams.

This is a question most of us have asked. One of the challenges of the Christian life is navigating through these difficult moments when we don’t sense God’s presence. It is critical during these times that we remember that God will never leave us nor forsake us, that we live by faith and not by sight and that we can lean on the Holy Spirit and our fellow believers for strength. 1 Thessalonians 5.11: Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

Did you know that when you refuse to forgive someone you are really victimizing yourself? The word forgive means to cancel a debt. It means you relinquish your right to collect what you are owed. If you refuse to forgive someone, you are in essence demanding that they give you something that they have not intention of giving you. This can be devastating to your well being. Matthew 18.21-22: Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.

Not being in a committed relationship has the tendency to make you feel as if you are all alone and no one else can understand what you’re going through. God wants you to know you can live a fulfilling life regardless of your marital status. Colossians 2.10: And in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority.

The slowest way to move forward is by looking back, yet the majority of Christians have something from their past that continues to harass them. Christ died to not only take care of our future but most importantly obliterate our past. Isaiah 43.18-19: Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing.

Pride is the sin that God hates because it reminds him of satan. Pride is placing your opinion over what God has said. It begins with stubbornness and degenerates into rebellion. When you decide that your way of doing something is better than God's way you are setting yourself up for major heartache! Proverbs 16:18: Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before stumbling.

Discouragement can limit what God wants to do in your life and if this is your story, you need to listen to this teaching on the power of courage. Some believe the myth that courage is just a nice quality some of us are gifted with, but to be courageous is actually a command from God. Joshua 1.9: Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Few things can tear at the heart of a person like the revelation that their spouse has had an affair. The pain, anger, confusion can be overwhelming. God wants you to know that you do not have to handle it alone. He wants to be there to support you. 1 Corinthians 10.13: No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.

Does God know your dreams, fears, frustrations, and secrets? Being intimate with God is being transparent with Him. Your level of transparency with God will give you insights to His way of thinking which will take you to new levels in every area of your life. Jeremiah 1.5: Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.
