Poison Boy and his intrepid team of toxicology Safety Rangers discuss intralipid emulsion theory and cocaine poisoning during a riotous and hilarious roundtable discussion of some of the latest literature from Annals of Emergency Medicine. We also discuss the movie MARIA FULL OF GRACE and This Week in Toxicology covers duck-billed platypi and MKUltra mind control experiments. 

Poison Boy makes a triumphant return to the US and immediately jumps into a discussion on the explosion of poisoners and poisonings all over the country. There is also a discussion of the horror movie Chernobyl Diaries and we get caught up with the historically important events in This Week in Toxicology. 

The Poison Boy family travels to Japan where they are cured of alcoholism in Osaka, tour the RERF and gain a new appreciation for Hiroshima radiation, hang out with some grad students and make new friends among the survivors of Minamata disease and hunt down the elusive effluent discharge pipe that poisoned thousands in the 1950, talk shop and eat fugu with other doctors and generally do as good a job as possible to get into as much trouble as they can in the Land of the Rising Sun.
