This podcast is in reaction to the disgraceful and unprofessional OSU press conference, how easy it would have been to win the press conference, why they obviously lost, why Meyer/OSU doesn't get it, why the result was incorrect and greater societal issues with domestic violence, football and head coaches as gods. We don't do serious episodes often, but when we do, there are rock solid. this is for football fans and fans of human beings.     

Cody and Steve are fresh off their fantasy football home league draft, where they offer a nugget of wisdom and advice for your upcoming draft. Then Steve shared a list of the suckiest ways to lose a sports game and Cody rattles off the top 5 minor league baseball promotions. And by top 5, we mean strangest and wackiest. To round out the episode, the boys go through the AFC and NFC West Divisions to predict season win totals to help your pre-season gambling problem. 

Tiger was vintage tiger at the PGA this weekend and if it wasn't for fun-hating Brooks muscles Koepka, he would have won his 15th major. The boys discuss the significance of that. Well, one of them does. Then, they each walk through the schedules of the NFC and AFC South Divisions, helping you make O/U season win total bets. 

Despite Steve being on the road for work, the boys still touch base to lament over a challenging Fantasy Football draft year with so many unknowns and over-reactions. They also breakdown each schedule of the teams in the AFC and NFC North divisions to help you place your season win-total wagers. Football is almost back!

Cody reveals the top 5 logos in college football and Steve shares some mind-boggling stats about recruits impacting wins. Then, they dive into the season, breaking down each power 5 conference, from storylines to players to watch to predicting the winners and dark horse candidates. It will get you up to speed on all the coaches and teams and odds and you'll be fully stoked for college football season to arrive. 

Cody and Steve apply what they do for their day jobs to sports in fun, entertaining and debatable ways. Cody is a marketing buff, so he will declare the greatest jerseys in sports, along with a shoutout to the most retro jerseys, iconic jerseys and cool helmets. Steve is an analytics nut, so he loves stats. You won't believe these crazy baseball stats until you hear them. Promise. Yay sports and what we wish our day jobs were doing!

Cody and Steve are back after a few week respite. They jump right in to discuss the HR derby- how it was, the pros and cons, Bryce Harper's hair, the phillies showing, etc. We also unveil the long-awaited NFL expansion draft and new team, coming to a mid-western US city near you in a hypothetical future. Check out our team and debate our decisions on our website and social medias. We then have the great bryce debate and why he would or wouldn't be a good signing for the phillies. Take your pick. It's good to be back. 

Emergency Pod to discuss Lebron's latest decision to join the Lakers and Cousins joining the Mon-stars. Fresh takes from sports fans and Cody + Steve chime in while on vacation. This marks the last time the NBA will be relevant and we will care about it, so enjoy it. Fireworks happen every year on the 4th...if only the NBA was that consistent about being competitive...

US OPEN - Golfer's complained about fair, the course became a character and a mini-golf course with a windmill for Phil. Steve is pro-Michelle and Cody is anti-Michelle. Where do you stand? Soccer in Mexico creates earthquakes. Would it make a sound in US? What would you rather do than watch world cup? Stro's are awesome, Phillies might prove Cody right over Steve, though Steve was right about D-Backs.  Tom vs. Time? or Tom vs. his wife's Time-line? We kick off the show by debating which championship moment was the most relevant as well as most boring. And between the three, it was close. NBA and NHL are over. Horse Racing Relevance is over for at least 30 years. And we head to the SOUTH to hold players from the AFC and NFC as part of our NFL Expansion Mock Draft in two weeks. 

There was only one play worth talking about from game 1 and it wasn't by any of the players wearing basketball uniforms. We need to talk about the impact of that call on the game, the series and Lebron's legacy. The longest losing drought is on the brink of ending in DC. Jake Arrietta threw everyone under the bus. Eagles uninvited to White House. And we take on the NFC and AFC North rosters for holding players before the big expansion draft in a few weeks. 

We need to revel in Lebron's greatness before we begin the NFL expansion draft. But once we give Lebron all the credit and comment on the boring game 7 #1, it's off to the races to HOLD players on each of the NFC and AFC teams in preparation for the mock-NFL expansion draft. It's Wedding Season. Which means you probably have like 5 weddings to go to. Classy ones. Low-brow ones. Fancy ones. unexpectedly fun ones. hyped out bummer ones. Sports are kinda that way too. Cody and Steve use all the types of weddings to build "wedding parties" out of athletes that are best suited for that wedding. Worst best man speech? Who is always a #2? Hottest? Most fun? The draft is over. no more football until we run out of other stuff and wanna talk about football....in like, July. For now, we are here to get you caught up to speed in the CURRENT sports: NBA playoffs. NHL (do they call them playoffs?), and the start of the MLB.
