There's going to be a baseball season. Well, they're going to try and play a baseball season.

In Episode 227 of For All You Kids Out There Jeffrey and Jarrett get you up to speed on another long week of "negotiations" over the 2020 MLB season. Now it might not even matter since Covid cases are on the rise in Florida, Texas, and Arizona, and it's not clear that sports should happen at all. We also talk about Jo Adell's comments in The Undefeated and a major report on the corruption in the International Free Agent market. It's been a week. In the third half of the show we talk about the last week of #speakingout about a widespread culture of sexual harassment and abuse in professional wrestling professional wrestling (cw: sexual harassment, sexual assault)

In Episode 226 of For All You Kids Out There, we have several important revelation, like the episode title, and that Jeffrey had the wrong mic setting for the first ten minutes. We also chat about This Week in Labor Agitating, This Week in Mets Ownership, and review the 2020 Mets draft class with BP's Senior MLB Draft Writer, Keanan Lamb.

In Episode 225, Jeffrey has some very special guest for a 2020 MLB Draft Special. In the first half of the show, Greg Karam join to review the 2015 Mets draft class. There uh isn't a ton to talk about. In the second half of the show, BP's Senior MLB Draft Writer Keanan Lamb outlines the truncated 2020 draft and talks strategy and some college arms the Mets have been linked to. In the third half of the show, Brady and Jeffrey do a draft of their own, an AEW Franchise Draft.

It's one (last?) drinking game before baseball, hopefully.

In Episode 223 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett say farewell to a rare good midtown bar and 40ish Mets minor leaguers. We also say hello to J-Rod (and Robert Kraft) again, and take the temperature of where we are w/r/t and actual 2020 baseball season. In the third half of the show, we delve deeper into Port St Lucie and the last week of AEW TV.

In Episode 222 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett try to turn David Roth into a wrestling guy after a lengthy discussion of quarantine haircuts, Max Moroff, and things to do in Port St. Lucie in June. There's an actual proper Double or Nothing recap in the third half of the show as well.

In Episode 221 of For All You Kids Out There, we have some social distancing news from the Jersey Shore and discuss the latest round of info dumps from the league about what a 2020 baseball season might look like. We also get into how the Mets might handle having a DH and preview AEW Double or Nothing, although we get easily distracted there.

In Episode 220 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett argue about the expected & than return of baseball, mostly agree on how terrible the new draft structure is, and talk about a wild week in third half of the show content.

In Episode 219 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett discuss the ethical and logistical issues in running the MLB season this Summer, regardless of how many hubs they use. We also chat about KBO Opening Day, the Money in the Bank Ladder Match(es) and remember some Phillies prospects.

I guess next month Jeffrey should make these easier. He can't promise he won't start reading off names from old drafts though.

Jeffrey and Jarrett discuss more A-Rod ownership rumors, more hubs for a hypothetical 2020 baseball season, and then Craig Goldstein ruins the show with his bad takes. We try to salvage it by answering a bunch of correspondence though.

Jeffrey is watching procedurals and cooking shows. Jarrett is mostly playing video games, and both of us try to figure out what baseball is going to look like in 2020.

Jeffrey and Jarrett are joined by Patreon supporter John Gugarty to discuss the Mets financial situation and the broader MLB situation, but mostly to recap Wrestlemania and then yell about Fight Island (which is a real thing now).

In Episode 214 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett reflect on a non-existent opening weekend, a very bad deal for amateur players, and a surreal Wrestlemania event.

In Episode 212 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett talk about hummus recipes, read some restaurant menus, break down the Wrestlemania card, and analyze the mid-2000s Topps design with our good friend David Roth. We also very briefly discuss the 2020 Mets bullpen, but not Ryley Gilliam.

We will do this once a month until morale improves.
