God Was There... When Murder Was Planned. In one situation, Mordecai honors the king by revealing an assassination plot. In another case, he disobeys the king by not bowing to the evil Haman. Through this part of the story, we study the question of "Civil Disobedience."

When a Queen Was Chosen... God's perspective is much greater than ours. In the midst of a sinful situation, God got to work and made preparations for the salvation of his people.

God Was There... When it seemed like He wasn't. This introduction to the book of Esther deals with the ungodly world that the story is set in, and how our world today is equally rotten... yet, God is still working.

Sometimes life stinks. But God wants to comfort us and encourage us through our difficult circumstances. This message addresses some of the many methods he uses to comfort us. But remember, God doesn't comfort us to make us comfortable, he comforts us to make us comforters.

As a church and as individuals we must make evangelism & missions a top priority. In Colossians 4, Paul presents the three necessary parts of effective evangelism - prayer, care and communication.
