Erin Spencer is a Senior Research Analyst at Sierra-Cedar. Enterprise software industry analyst Brian Sommer covers the ERP, finance and HR sectors for Diginomica and other publications. Brian began his career began by re-writing a payroll/time-reporting system for a fast food chain and subsequently reworked, implemented, etc. numerous application software systems. He went on to run Accenture’s Global Software Intelligence organization where he advised hundreds of clients on software selection and shared services initiatives. Brian also headed up Accenture’s Global HR Center of Excellence and its Global Finance/Performance Management Center of Excellence. More recently, Brian has led several HR/ERP software selections/negotiations and had been an expert witness for major software litigation cases.  Brian has won Software Advice’s Authority Award – ERP Expert and numerous ERP Writers' Awards. He has keynoted numerous software conferences globally including events for NetSuite, PeopleSoft, Sage and many more.

Kate Bischoff is an enthusiastic management-side employment attorney and SHRM-SCP/SPHR-certified HR pro.  She advises organizations in a wide range of industries on employment law and human resources issues, from recruitment and workplace culture to terminations. Kate is passionate about improving company culture and using technology (social media and data analytics) in the workplace. Kate speaks from experience when advising clients when administrative and court matters commence. Prior to founding tHRive Law & Consulting, Ms. Bischoff served as a Human Resources Officer for the United States Department of State at the U.S. Embassy Lusaka, Zambia and for the U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem. Kate is also an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline, serving as faculty for the School of Law’s HR Compliance Certificate Program.

Jason Finkelstein is the CMO and CRO at Traitify which is building the personality layer of the internet by re-imagining the measurement of personality. He was formerly CMO at AVG Technologies and Location Labs. Prior to Location Labs, Jason served in various product management, investment professional, and entrepreneurial roles at Funambol, Vindigo and Millennium Technology Ventures. Jason holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School. He also holds a Bachelors in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.

Stacy Chapman is the CEO and co-founder of SwoopTalent, an automated talent data management platform.  Stacy has been in HR tech for more than 25 years, in many, many different roles, including being a proud PeopleSoft alum.  Her long term obsession with data has morphed lately to include a more broad focus on bias, AI and what redirects technology from a utopic to a dystopic outcome (and vice versa).  She is an immigrant in San Francisco who loves food, adores dogs, collects spectacles and is deeply, deeply squeamish about cane toads.

Josh is the Co-Founder and CPO of Koru, the leader in predictive hiring. Josh is an experienced innovator and executer in people analytics and higher education technology. Prior to Koru, he led education innovation programs for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in areas such as learning analytics/big data, interactive courseware and tools, diagnostic assessments, and competency-based learning. Earlier in his career, Josh served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, product manager at Enkata Technologies, and business planning consultant for the National Park Service.  Josh is a frequent author, presenter, and advisor to recruitment and early career-focused technology startups, college presidents, and senior White House and Education Department policy leaders. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, and he holds a graduate degree in business from the Harvard Business School.

Ed Donner has a 20 year career in technology and financial services as a software developer and leader in New York, London and Tokyo. Before starting untapt, Donner worked at a FinTech startup and most recently as a Managing Director at JPMorgan, leading a global team of 300 technologists building risk management software. At JPMorgan, he found it incredibly difficult to hire developers, discovered that developers were also frustrated, and had an idea.
