Adrian Jugdoyal, the Clinical Lead on Alcohol and Drugs Services at the Hepatology Department in the London North West Healthcare Trust joined Radio Harrow to talk about the health benefits of taking part in Dry January. The campaign asks people to get sponsors to support participants which will raise funds for Alcohol Concern. They are a charity which provides support and advice to anyone concerned or suffering with alcoholism whilst campaigning to reduce general alcohol consumption in the country.
